Drove 4 hours to Austin and the my wife suggested this place we saw while driving. When I say this was the best gyro I've had in my 35 years of living im not lying lol. The spicy sauce they use is 1/1 and everyone needs to experience this place!!!
Ordered the #3...it was a bit pricey but I was hoping it'd be worth it. I might've had a rare bad experience, but it was my first time eating here, so maybe this is just the way it is. Needless to say, my food was extremely salty. There was an odd sourness to the white sauce and this was probably the first time I wasn't able to finish my food. This, of course, was not due to the portion size. The portion size is great, but I just really didn't like it. I usually like salty food, and I've had gyro before, but this was just...bad. I'm terribly sorry. I usually don't post bad reviews, but this was so particularly terrible that I had to leave a review. The owner seemed nice and I had no other issues with the service aside from the long wait time.
